From her years serving on the Summerside PTO, to the finance committee at church, to her time in Civil Air Patrol, Ronda always finds a way to give back and help others. This love of helping, with an aspect of teaching others, translates well into financial planning and working with clients.
“Many of us in this profession don’t necessarily start out intending become financial planners”, she said. “Perhaps it is more of an outgrowth of having a service mentality, and wanting to work with others to help them recognize their goals. I have been fortunate to have been able to grow in this career over the last twenty years, and to work with many wonderful clients whom I truly enjoy serving.”
Ronda has been with RDFA since essentially the very beginning. She worked with John and Jeff at their previous firm, and was the first employee to join the first just months after the company was established. She’s been there since RDFA was literally just an idea on paper.
“It’s hard to believe that the three of us have been together at RDFA since 1999. We’ve been together for so long that we literally can complete each other’s sentences. And we’ve gone through so many different life events together. It’s exciting to see what is going to come next for all of us, personally and professionally.”
